All Magic Molder plugs have 1" wide carbide tips.  Sets to cut the wood profiles shown below are in-stock and are sold as a matched pair of 2 plugs.   We can also make custom plugs for the Magic Molder, with a standard 1" width and a profile depth up to 1/2".  Please contact us for more information. These plugs fit both the Table Saws and Shaper Machines.

  • Higher Feed Rates & Reduced Wear:  Multiple-wing designs, up to10 or more
  • Fully customizable cutting width, cutter diameter, and arbor size
