Double Detail Stile & Rail Cutter Sets for 1-3/8" AND 1-3/4" Material

Each set cuts both 1-3/8" material for interior passage doors and 1-3/4" material for exterior entry doors.  For 1-3/8" material, 1/4" wide center cutters are run to create a 1/4" x 5/8" tongue and groove.  For 1-3/4" material, 1/2" wide center cutters create a 1/2" x 5/8" tongue and groove.  Sets with Eased Edges are also available and are listed for each profile with a product number ending with "E".  Available in both 3/4" Bore and 1-1/4" Bore:

OPTIONS & CUSTOMIZATION:

  • Glass Door Cut:  Sets of (2) optional Glass Door straight cutters are available for the standard sets.   (See links below).
