Cutters For Partial Raised Panels – For 3/4" Panels
CARBIDE TIPPED, 3-WING CUTTERS
- Create 3/4" Panels by running a KC-15 series 5/8" Raised Panel Shaper Cutters with these back cutters
- For oversized 7/8" Panels, run a KC-54/14 series 3/4" Raised Panel Shaper Cutter with one of our back cutters
- For cutting sized (finished-edge) panels, you can use a back cutter together with one of the optional Rub Bearings
- These cutters produce a standard 1/4" tongue. 1-1/4" Bore sizes.

These back cutters include include a spacer and a few shims to accommodate material variation. Spacer width is 7/16" for KC-56 Series and 1/2" for KC-16 Series and can be swapped out with one of the optional rub bearings listed below. |
This trimmer cuts a 1/4" tongue width and is designed to run together with one of the back cutters. Used to cut curves or arches in square-edge panels. |
