Cutters For Partial Double Raised Panels
For 3/4" & 7/8" Panel Material
When producing a 3/4" thick raised panel with a back cut, choose a 5/8" raised panel cutter and one of the K-1090 back cutters. For a 7/8" thick panel, choose a 3/4" raised panel cutter and one of the K-1090 back cutters. When making a back cut on a shaper with a fence and sized straight doors, use a standard K-1090 back cutter with spacer. When putting a back cut on a sized door with an arch, use a "BB" style cutter, which includes a bearing. If an arch needs to be cut from a square panel, replace the spacer with a center cutter (C-Cutter).
