THIS IS WHY OUR SAW BLADES ARE SUPERIOR

There are many different grades of carbide available to industrial saw blade designers and no single type is best for every job.  Even within the classifications of "C-2" or "C-4", there are many variations.  The majority of our industrial saw blades use C-4 Micron carbide.  It offers a much longer life than the standard C-2 or C-3 used by many of our competitors.  For our Panel, Scoring, Laminate, Plywood and Plastic Cutting Saw Blades, we use our advanced Micro-Sheen C-4 sub-micron carbide.  This carbide is specially designed to resist chemical corrosion, which is a major wear factor when cutting wood products made with adhesives, such as particle board and MDF.  Some of our general purpose cut-off saw blades, the GPM series, also come with this advanced new carbide.

GS SERIES GERMAN MADE SAW BLADES

Industrial Carbide Tipped saw blades Manufactured in Germany by a company that has more then 40 years in manufacturing TCT saw blades, and is a member of the International Saw and Knife Association.

All saw bodies are manufactured using German Cold- Rolled Steel quality ( Material 75 Cr 1 No. 1.2003) bright hardened and annealed to 42-46 HRC. Each blade is cut with the latest laser technology. Depending on the specific sawing application, Different grades of carbide is used such as C-3, C-4, Special Micron grade carbide.
